In the late 70's, I completed 3 courses toward a designation as a MIA appraiser. I did appraisals for FNMA. I began the CCIM courses in mid 80's and was designated on Feb 1, 1987. I established "Academy Real Estate School" one of three pre-licensing schools in Wyoming. I owned, operated and taught pre-licensing and continuing education. I am certified as a home inspector, with certifications in radon, radon mitigation, lead, asbestos and mold.

     I am actively involved in the community of Rock Springs and Sweetwater County. I am on the board of directors (currently President) of SWEDA (Sweetwater County Economic Development Association). I have been President of the city of Rock Springs Planning and Zoning Commission. Have been on board of directors of the Rock Springs Chamber of Commerce, The downtown redevelopment Committee. President of Rock Springs Board of Adjustments, and President of West Side Water and Sewer District.

     In 2001, I received licenses as a stock broker with Smith Barney, including insurance licenses. I am now back to doing what I love best, full time real estate, specializing in commercial, industrial, multi-unit and residential.

     I have been past president of the local board of Realtors twice, president of the MLS board, officer of all local Realtors, and help found the local board of Realtors back in the early 70's.

    On the Wyoming Association of Realtors, I have been district vice president, numerous committee chairman including RPAC, membership to name a few.
